We’ve all been there at some time or other. Feeling rejected by people. Knowing (or thinking) that the hurtful talk and comments are directed at you. Things that happened in your child hood, maybe even recently, that made you feel unwanted, unworthy, or unloved.
There are some other words that may resonate as well.
Not Good Enough.
Unworthy.
Not valuable.
Unloved.
Need I go on? I think you’ve got what I’m talking about. Sometimes those thoughts and feeling overwhelm me and I NEED to have something to rely on, because those thoughts and feelings are all lies.
They’re all from the devil.
I (and you!) need to remember that we are Daughters of the King!
I am forgiven. I am loved. I am accepted. I am HIS! I am made worthy through His Blood!
There are lots of Scriptures that help give us the confidence we need to make it through each day, and live a victorious, overcomer life.
It’s not always easy.
I know….because I’m writing this for me 🙂
